Fresh ET or Frozen ET

Embryo which has biopsy done may have slow embryo development while endometrium development is faster than natural cycle from ovarian stimulation. This causes embryo and endometrium mismatch. There has been research found that FET can increase success rate of this patients. The patient can prepare the endometrium by natural cycle or manufactured cycle. Once the endometrium is suitable for embryo implantation, we will thaw frozen embryo and do FET.

Some patients worry about freezing may affect the embryo quality or even damage the embryo. The fact is  with innovation of freezing technique “Vitrification”, embryo has no impact from vitrification at all.
