The Trilogy marks its importance….

The trilogy of ear, nose and throat has its own significance with other vital organs of our body. Like one dirty fish spoils the whole pond, a problem if enters one organ then it can affect the other two as well. There are many disorders which affects the three organs:

Sinusitis	The most common, this is the congestion of the nasal passages, accompanied by headaches, sneezing, postnasal drip and a runny nose
Swimmers ear	If the earlobe is tugged the patient experiences extreme pain and the patient may have pain while chewing accompanied by swollen lymph nodes
Inner ear infection	There may be a feeling of increased pressure in the ear with a fair amount of pain, this is probably caused by a fungal infection in the inner canal and will need immediate attention.
Ear infection	Dull pain accompanied by loss of balance, hearing and a fluid discharge are all signs of this problem
Strep throat	Fever, fatigue, difficulty in swallowing, sore throat and enlarged lymph nodes
Tonsillitis	really sore throat, fever, chills, and difficulty in swallowing
